This Stunning late 19th century Victorian Mahogany Bow Fronted Antique Writing Table / Desk date from ca. 1890 and has wonderful charm and character. It has a beautifully figured bow fronted top with boxwood edge above four drawers all with beautiful inlaid boxwood and the original decorative brass handles. This quality antique writing table stands on four tapering legs with brass cup castors and the Mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
