Unusual Antique Victorian Mahogany Cupboard / Chiffonier

This Unusual 19th Century Antique Victorian Mahogany Cupboard / Chiffonier is in the Regency design and dates from ca. 1880. It has a beautifully figured top above a frieze drawer with cock-beaded edge and decorative brass handles. This sits above two cupboard doors with striking flamed Mahogany panels, key and working lock. The sides are flanked by pilasters, having Egyptian brass decoration and the interior has one removable shelf. This beautiful antique cupboard stands on a plain plinth, has wonderful genuine charm, character and has aged to a warm Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
