This Country House early 19^th Century Regency Rosewood Antique Chiffonier dates from ca. 1830 and has aged to a wonderful mellow shade with lots of beautiful charm and character. It has a raised shaped back with upper shelf and two scrolled supports above a figured top. This sits above two cupboard doors with decorative brass mesh and pleated fabric backing. The interior has two shelves and this beautiful antique cabinet stands on a plain plinth. The Rosewood has aged to a warm mellow shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
