Antique Mahogany Wine Cooler / Jardiniere
This beautiful early 19th Century Antique Mahogany Wine Cooler / Jardiniere is signed and dated by the cabinet maker 1826. It has elegant slatted sides and the original brass liner with handle. This is supported on a shaped column and triform base with small turned bun feet.
The Mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
