Quality Antique Victorian Walnut Writing Table

This Quality late 19th Century Antique Victorian Walnut Writing Table dates from ca. 1880 and comes with wonderful country house charm and character.  It has a rectangular moulded top with rounded corners and green tooled leather writing insert.  This sits above a frieze drawer with small turned handles.  This splendid antique writing table stands on elegant turned legs with brass and white porcelain castors. The walnut has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
