Superb Quality Victorian Antique Revolving Bookcase
This late 19th Century Superb Quality Victorian Antique Revolving Bookcase ca. 1890 is in the Arts and Crafts deign and made from an extremely heavy hardwood, probably Lignum Vitae. It has a shaped moulded top with stunning lotus leaf carved centre above eight open sections to store books. It has moulded uprights and a shaped base that rotates 360 degrees. This quality Victorian bookcase has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of antique furniture wax finishing.
