Unusual Victorian Antique Specimen Occasional Table

This unusual antique specimen occasional table has a lovely octagonal top with the most spectacular inlays and dates from around 1870.  It stands on an octagonal tapering pedestal with circular base and small turned bun feet and is full of beautiful charm and character.

The piece has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
