Constructed By The Renowned Makers James Winter, This Spectacular Large early 19th century Antique Rosewood Writing Table / Antique Console Table dates from around 1835 in the William IV era. It has a large oval figured top with moulded edge above a long mahogany lined drawer with decorative carved sides and beautifully turned carved pedestals. This fine writing table stands on stunning lion paw feet with castors. The rosewood is a rich shade with a striking grain, is in extremely good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
