This is flanked by two smaller drawers with original brass handles and this quality Edwardian desk has a tooled leather writing. This sits above two mahogany lined drawers with moulded edges, brass handles and key with working locks. This quality antique desk stands on four tapering legs with spade feet and brass castors.

This Fine Quality Antique Edwardian Mahogany Desk / Carlton House desk dates from circa 1900; it has a an unusual curved moulded hinged central lid that has several letter compartments. This is flanked by two smaller drawers with original brass handles and this quality Edwardian desk has a tooled leather writing. This sits above two mahogany lined drawers with moulded edges, brass handles and key with working locks. This quality antique desk stands on four tapering legs with spade feet and brass castors. The Mahogany is a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
