Directions
Ensure the wood is clean, bare, dry and free from any old finishes. Some hardwoods such are naturally oily so this should be removed by scrubbing with white spirit and a scouring pad, then wipe away excess whilst still wet with a clean cloth. Use a Wood dye if required. Do not apply Knotting. Shale well before use and apply the Teak Oil liberally with a clean lint free cloth or brush. Wipe away any surplus oil after a 5 minutes but on exterior wood, allow to dry without wiping. Minimum of 3 coats are recommended.
