Spectacular Regency Rosewood Antique Cabinet
This Spectacular Early 19th century Regency Rosewood Antique Cabinet / Chiffonier dates from ca. 1830. It has the most striking figured Rosewood with fine brass string inlays and has aged to a beautiful golden shade. This fine antique cabinet has a figured top above two drawers with small turned handles and two cupboard doors with decorative brass mesh and pleated fabric backing. The interior has one shelf and there is a key with a working lock. This beautiful antique cabinet stands on a plain plinth and the Rosewood has aged to a warm golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
