  • Julian,
Dear James, Just a note to thank you for the Arts & Crafts open bookcase. It is the finest piece of furniture I own. Pass on my thanks to whoever polished it so thoroughly and to the men who delivered it carefully and courteously. Very pleased. Julian
  • A very fine piece of furniture,
Hi James, We are very pleased with the bookcase received safely today. Your courier Chris has been careful to keep us updated on the delay caused by van problems and he and his colleague were efficient and polite. You had packed the bookcase very well and it has a fine colour, we have yet to put the shelves in or fill it but that's tomorrow's job! Thank you once again for a very fine piece of furniture, with best wishes Sue Pardon
