Description
Liberon Boiled Linseed Oil is used on wood to offer a mellow finish, whilst improving the look of the natural grain in the wood. This works best on new or stripped interior woods on furniture and floors. It can also be used as a traditional sealer on certain stone like terracotta tiles. This brand of Boiled Linseed Oil has hot air passed through it to speed up the drying time and also reduces a sticky finish. It also offers a quick drying process along with a hard film finish.
Directions
Ensure the wood is clean and dry and free from any previous finish. Rub the oil using a lint free cloth or brush, well into the wood in the direction of the grain. After about 10 minutes, wipe off the excess with a clean lint-free cloth. Repeat coats but always leave 24 hour between coats. The final coat should be left to fully harden for 7 days before use.
