This mid 19th Century Large Quality Victorian Oval Mahogany Antique Dining Table dates from ca. 1860 and comes with the most spectacular figured oval moulded top with unusual shaped edge. This tilts on a brass mechanism and the top can be removed for transport. This fine antique Victorian Table stands on a bulbous central turned pedestal with four splayed legs that are beautifully scrolled with fine carvings and finished with brass castors. This beautiful table is of a larger size would would seat six and the Mahogany is a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
