Chestnut Microcrystalline Wax is a specialist finishing wax that provides a tough, durable protective coating for interior wood. Rich in high-quality microcrystalline wax, it creates a smooth, water-resistant finish that is less prone to fingerprints and marking than many traditional furniture waxes. Ideal for wood turning, furniture restoration, decorative items and fine woodworking projects where lasting protection is essential.
Easy to apply with a soft cloth, the wax buffs to a rich, natural sheen after drying. It performs best over Chestnut Sanding Sealers or lacquered surfaces and is also compatible with buffing wheel systems for an exceptionally smooth finish. Once fully dry, it complies with EN71-3 Toy Safety standards, making it suitable for wooden toys and nursery furniture.
