This fine 19th Century Mahogany Antique Patience Table dates from ca. 1870. It has a beautifully figured top that folds opens to double the size with brass hinges. There is one working drawer and faux drawers around all the sides with small brass handles and decorative boxwood string inlay line. It has concealed hinged lopers that support the top when opened and this fine antique table stands on four tapering legs. The Mahogany is a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
