Striking Marble Top Antique Chest of Drawers
This early 20th century Striking Marble Top Antique Chest of Drawers dates from ca. 1900 and has been made using Walnut. It has a beautiful white marble top with brass gallery above four working drawers and lower cupboard. There is a key and several working locks. Each drawer the original decorative key escutcheons and this fine antique chest stands on tapering turned feet. It has aged to a warm rich Walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
