  • Gill,
Dear James,A quick note to thank you very much for the prompt delivery of the bookcase yesterday. My mother and I are very pleased with it and it fits perfectly into the spot planned for it.Could you, please, pass our particular thanks on to the people who delivered it so efficiently, especially as the weather and travel conditions were so bad yesterday. I do hope the return journey to Clitheroe wasn’t too difficult.

Dear James,A very belated ‘thank you’ for the bookcases. They’re beautiful. The driver was also excellent. He phoned the day before, arrived promptly and brought the bookcases into the house with good grace!
