This Spectacular 19th century Victorian Rosewood Antique Canterbury whatnot circa, 1870 was originally designed to store sheet music however could now be used as a paper or magazine rack.  It has striking fretwork carvings, has turned supports and a base with frieze drawer along with four beautifully turned feet with white porcelain castors.

Victorian Rosewood Antique Canterbury

This Spectacular 19th century Victorian Rosewood Antique Canterbury whatnot circa, 1870 was originally designed to store sheet music however could now be used as a paper or magazine rack.  It has striking fretwork carvings, has turned supports and a base with frieze drawer along with four beautifully turned feet with white porcelain castors.  The top has a bras gallery and the piece comes with wonderful charm and character. The Rosewood has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
