Stunning French Apprentice Chest / Jewellery Chest
This Rare late 19th century Stunning French Apprentice Chest / Jewellery Chest dates from ca.1890 and is in a striking figured Kingwood. It is a lovely small size with a serpentine shaped front above two drawers with Brass rococo handles. This beautiful small antique chest stands on shaped feet. It has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
