Stunning Set of 6 Antique Victorian Rosewood Dining Chairs
This Stunning Set of 6 early 19th Century Antique Victorian Rosewood Dining Chairs date from ca. 1860 and are in the balloon back design. Each antique chair has a shaped balloon back with elegant carvings and stand on splayed back legs with cabriole front legs with fine carvings. The upholstery is in a clean condition but one has a slight fray (see images). The chairs have aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
