Stunning Antique Edwardian Nest of Tables
This Stunning early 20th century Mahogany Antique Edwardian Nest of Tables date from ca. 1910. The graduating design of this small nest of four occasional tables allows them to nest neatly away when not in use. These wonderful Edwardian tables have a beautiful figured top with neat beaded edge and elegant turned upright supports along with beautiful splayed feet. They are stamped by the cabinet makers initials GL and retailers badge Pioneer Stores of Liverpool. There is some variation in shade due to sunlight. The Mahogany has aged to a mellow shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing. The top table is a slightly lighter shade due to sunlight.
