Quality Antique Oak Tea Caddy with Silver Plated Decoration
This Quality early 20th Century Antique Oak Tea Caddy with Silver Plated Decoration dates from ca. 1900. It has an engraved lid and the interior has two lids with small handles and the original thin lead linings. This fine antique tea caddy has a banded edge, with unusual handles and stands on bun feet. The Oak has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax.
