Victorian Decorative Painted Antique Pair of Hall Chairs

This country house pair of painted antique hall chairs date from around 1840, each chair has a shaped moulded scrolled back and beautiful moulded seat.  The back legs are splayed and the front legs are beautifully turned and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
