Spectacular William IV Figured Mahogany Bookcase / Display Cabinet

Of lovely smaller proportions and dating from ca. 1835 this Spectacular William IV Bookcase / Display Cabinet / Chiffonier has been constructed using the most spectacular mahogany timbers, by a true craftsman. It has a quality brass gallery above two glazed doors with a key and working lock. The interior has two adjustable mahogany shelves. The lower section has a beautifully figured top with half round moulded edge above two striking figured doors with key and working lock. Each side has the most stunning carved pilasters, the interior has one removable shelf and the piece stands on a plain plinth. The mahogany is a rich shade and has been finished by our professional antiques furniture restorers using traditional methods, so is in superb condition.
