Of superb quality, this magnificent 19th Century Golden Walnut Antique Inlaid Pier Cabinet dates from around 1860 and it has the most spectacular ormolu brass mounts along with the finest floral inlay details. This beautiful Victorian cabinet has a figured top above an elegant inlaid frieze, inlaid central door and key with working lock. The sides have decorative brass ormolu mounts and the interior comprises of one removable shelf. This stunning antique pier cabinet stands on a shaped plinth and the Walnut is a rich golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
