Country House Figured Mahogany Antique Victorian Pedestal Sideboard

With a delightful country feel, this Mid 19th century antique pedestal sideboard dates from around 1860 and is full of beautiful charm and character.  It has a beautifully figured top above three mahogany lined cock beaded drawers with turned handles.  Each pedestal has a cupboard door with arched mouldings and beautifully figured central panels, the left hand interior has two sliding linen trays and the right hand interior has a deep cellaret drawer with the original brass handle. This charming antique stands on a moulded plinth and the mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
