This substantial piece of antique furniture dates from the Georgian period, circa 1790. It has a moulded cornice two cupboard doors that have raised fielded panels with key and working lock. The interior of the cupboard contains three removable shelves. The lower section has six graduating drawers, all with unusual walnut cross banding, cock beaded edges and pierced brass handles. This wonderful piece stands on shaped bracket feet and splits into two sections, aiding removal.
