This 19th Century, Beautifully Inlaid Walnut Antique Victorian Card Table / Games Table dates from ca. 1870 and is stamped Rose Robinson & co, Stockton on Tees. It has the most striking inlaid top that opens to double its size, revealing the playing surface finished in green baize. There is also a concealed compartment under the top for additional storage. This quality antique card table has four beautifully turned upright supports and four splayed legs with decorative inlay and fine carvings. It is a golden Walnut shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
